Studi Literatur Senyawa Aktif Antibakteri dari Ekstrak Daun Salam Koja (Murraya koenigii (Linn) Spreng)

Abstract. Koja bay leaves (Murraya koenigii (Linn) Spreng) which are widely found in Indonesia scientifically proven to have antibacterial effects. In this study, a Systematic Literature Review was conducted on the effect of leaf koja so that it is known extract has activity against Gram positive and negative bacteria, value Minimum Inhibition Concentratiton (MIC) these bacteria compounds contained therein. From results search 17 journals published last 10 years, can inhibit Gram-positive among others Bacillus cereus, megaterium, subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, subfava, epidermidis, Streptococcus mutans, Lactobacillus acidophilus, casie, Gram-negative Alcaligenesfecalis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella abony, dan thyphi with MIC values between 0,090 175 mg/mL. Bay extracts water, ethanol, petroleum ether, hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol. Chemical include acetophenone, alkaloid, carbazole crystalline, girinimbine, iso mahanimbine, koenidine, koenimbine, koenine, mahanimbicine, mahanine.
 Abstrak. Daun salam yang banyak ditemukan di secara ilmiah terbukti memiliki efek antibakteri. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan mengenai antibakteri dari daun sehingga diketahui ekstrak aktivitas terhadap bakteri positif negatif, nilai Concentration tersebut, senyawa dalam koja. Dari hasil penelusuran jurnal diterbitkan kurun waktu tahun terakhir menyatakan bahwa dapat menghambat antara lain negatif dengan diperoleh hingga Ekstrak adalah air, etanol, eter, heksana, kloroform, etil asetat, metanol. Senyawa kimia meliputi mahanine.
